Sound familiar?
Busy isn’t always working.
The calendar is full. Preparation starts late. Follow-up lives in someone’s head. And those new AI licences? They haven’t changed much about how the week actually runs.
Often, the people are capable. The way the work happens needs attention. That’s where EAOpSys comes in.

How the workshop works
Designed for up to 15 people, with a short participant survey and buyer conversation beforehand. In-person delivery is the default; a virtual option is available.

Redesign cadence and recurring work
Build in your existing tools
Document, train and hand over
Is a Reset right for you?
A fixed-scope engagement with a named owner and a leader who supports the changes. Delivered through scheduled sessions and build work over six weeks. Scope, access and availability are discussed before an engagement is agreed.
We start with the week you need to run, then choose the tools that help you run it.
01
Find the friction.
Look at where time, attention and information get lost. Identify the improvements that will make the biggest difference.
02
Design. Then build.
Improve the rhythm and build useful workflows in the systems you already use. Apply AI where it earns its place.
03
Make it yours.
Work alongside the person who will own the result. Document the changes and build the confidence to keep them running.

“I built my own executive operating system because I could see the gap between how AI was being talked about and how people actually needed to use it at work.”
Trudy Edwards · Founder, EAOpSys
Experience inside the executive office
Meet Trudy.
I’m a Senior Executive Assistant, practical AI builder and speaker. My experience spans executive offices in ASX-listed organisations, from board reporting and investor relations support to the operating rhythms that hold a leadership team’s week together.
I created EAOpSys to help others solve the problems I know from the inside: the repeated work, the missing context and the systems that rely on someone remembering everything.
The goal is simple. Leave you with a better way of working, and the ability to own it.

01
The EA Operating System
How a non-technical EA built practical AI workflows to support senior leaders.
02
Prompting is briefing
Bring context, clear expectations and human judgement to the way you work with AI.
03
The title says assistant. The work is executive operations.
A practical perspective on the systems thinking behind effective executive support.
A few good questions.
Do I need to be an EA to work with you?
No. EAOpSys works with EAs, Chiefs of Staff and leaders who manage their own week. The focus is the executive office and the work it needs to do.
Do we need to buy new software?
The starting point is your existing tools. Any proposed changes take account of your organisation’s approved systems, access and security requirements.
Is this AI training or consulting?
The workshop develops practical capability. The Friction Session helps you prioritise improvements. The Reset goes further, redesigning and implementing workflows with the person who will own them. AI is one part of that work.
Can you work with our IT team?
Yes. Implementation is planned around your organisation’s requirements. Any system access must be provisioned and approved by your organisation, with builds held in your own environment.
How are engagements priced?
Services are scoped and priced per engagement. We’ll discuss the fit, deliverables and availability before providing a fee, including any applicable travel costs.
Let’s start with your week
What’s getting in the way?
Tell me a little about your role, your team and the work you’d like to improve. We can work out the right place to start.
